FAQ
How fast do you respond?
One to two business days, usually faster. A real person on our team reads every message.
Can I get a demo?
Yes. Use the form on this page, tell us you'd like a demo, and we'll set one up. It's a real demo, not a sales call.
Is SoWo live yet?
Yes. SoWo is live, and every teacher gets a first month of SoWo Pro free. Come meet us at ACTFL San Antonio in November.
I'm a learner, not a teacher. Can I sign up?
SoWo is facilitator-led, so you'll get the best experience by joining a facilitator's class. If you're not connected with a teacher yet, send us a note through the form and we'll point you in the right direction.
I work in journalism or education research. Can I cover SoWo?
Yes. Send a note through the form above, tell us it's a press or research request, and we'll connect you with the right person on our team.
Do you have a privacy policy?
Yes. Our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service are published as working drafts while counsel finalizes them. Reach out through the form above with any questions.
